In the westwork and in the abbey church, necessary construction work can lead to impairments.

We ask for your understanding that some exhibits in the permanent exhibition are currently being restored. These objects – all of which are on loan from the parish of Corvey – include the choir robe of Prince Abbot Maximilian von Horrich (c. 1720) and the Baroque reliquary busts of the church patrons St. Stephen and St. Vitus.

The exhibits will be picked up one by one and will return to the newly conceived permanent exhibition in early summer 2023.
